CREATIVE CELEBRATIONS FOR KIDS

 

Arty Parties

  • A fun and creative way to celebrate your child’s birthday or other special occasion.
  • Packages are customized to your child's favorite interests (see below) Not seeing what you want? Let us know and we can create a custom event. 
  • Every party is 2 hours long and lead by our experienced and friendly staff allowing parents to enjoy the celebration.
  • Includes all art supplies, tablecloths and aprons for guests to wear. 
  • We allow a 1/2 hour to enjoy any food, drinks and treats. You may bring in any food and drinks you like. We have a refrigerator and kitchenette at your disposal. Hosts are responsible for providing their own party ware, serving utensils and ice.
  • All projects go home with children the same day. No need for party favors!

Choose Your Party Type

CRAFTY KIDS PARTY ages 4-8

We will coordinate age appropriate mixed media art, craft and other stations based on your chosen theme. Projects are not featured in our gallery, as they are so plentiful. A great choice for younger and mixed age groups.

Popular themes include: Animal Adventure (choice of animal), Storytime Art (let us know your child's favorite book), Outer Space, Pet Shop, Sweet Treats, Fairies and Gnomes, Super Heroes, Mermaids & Pirates, Dragons & Unicorns, and more! One adult is required to stay with children under 5 years old.

PAINTING PARTY ages 6-teen

Choose a Canvas, Plaque, Pallet or Mixed Media from our project gallery. Older students (teen) may choose from our adult gallery too. Kids pricing reflects 12 x 16 or 12 x 12 canvases. Door Hangers can be ordered in almost any shape, animal, monogram or more but  we need at least 3 weeks for delivery. 


Book Your Party

To Book: To reserve your event time, the host needs to pre-pay for 6 children at $25.00 each ($150.00).  Additional children will be paid for at $20.00 each on the day of the event. There are no partial refunds if fewer than 6 attend. Bookings can be made by phone or in person. Inquiries without payment are not considered held. Our parties are popular and time slots limited. Have multiple dates in mind when calling. We can host 14 in our front studio, up to 20 in our back studio. Larger parties need to be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. Our middle studio is perfect for last minute mini parties of 6.


Party Choice: We require your image or theme choice at least 1 week prior to event. Once chosen, it can not changed. We require a final guest count no later than 48 hours before your event.


On the day of the event: You may arrive 20 minutes before your event start time to set up your food or other decorations. We will have tablecloths on your food tables, but host is responsible for bringing their own paper and plastic goods. We have a refrigerator for your use, but no ice. Parties must exit no later than 20 minutes after end time so that staff may re-set up for other events. 


Refunds and cancellations: There are no refunds for events cancelled less than 14 days before an event for any reason. Events cancelled due to snow closings will be re-scheduled, but not refunded.
