Workshops

Workshops are 1-3-hour guided art classes that your entire family can enjoy. They provide a great opportunity to try something new as they feature a variety of techniques, materials and fun, seasonal themes. Try your hand at painting, mixed media, crafts, and more!  No previous experience is necessary.

Weekend Art (ages 5-adult)

Join us for this fun weekend art class where students create a small canvas painting and additional crafts based on a weekly theme. Participants will enjoy will enjoy making art with friends, siblings, parents, or grandparents. Weekend Art is geared for children ages 5+ (younger with an adult helper). All who plan to create projects must register.

Workshops: Painting, Watercolor, Mixed Media (ages 8-adult)

Meet up with family and friends for 2-hour workshops focused on acrylic painting, watercolor, or mixed media. Most workshops are designed for children ages 8+ and adults (check listings). No previous experience is required as our caring instructors will guide you through each step of the creative process. You’ll discover that art art-making is fun, relaxing and rewarding. All projects are completed in one session; all materials are included.

Open Studio (all ages)

Stop by the studio on weekends (and select holidays) to create your own canvas, mosaic, painted object, and more during Open Studio hours. Open Studio is not a formal class or lesson but an opportunity to create independently with minimal guidance from our staff. We'll set you up with everything you need and clean up the mess! Pay for materials used, plus childcare if dropping off a child age 8+. The fee for Open Studio childcare is $10 per child for a maximum stay of 2 hours. If dropped off, the child must have a Student Information Form on file at the studio and must be signed in and out by a parent or caregiver who will be asked to establish a materials budget for each child. Pay at the end of your session.
